ARLINGTON, Vt. (Feb. 6, 2025) – Mack Molding has strengthened its leadership and technical expertise with several key appointments across its business units, further reinforcing its commitment to growth, quality, and customer service.

Owen Timlin has joined Mack as New Business Development Manager. Bringing over a decade of experience in sales and business development, Timlin specializes in advanced manufacturing solutions. He previously served as Sales and Business Development Manager at BASF Forward AM, focusing on additive manufacturing and high-performance materials. He also spent over ten years at The Technology House, where he held roles including Director of Business Development and Sales Manager, working with cutting-edge product development, injection molding, machining, and additive manufacturing. A graduate of John Carroll University, Timlin’s expertise in fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth makes him a valuable addition to Mack’s commercial team.
Lucas Osorio has rejoined Mack Molding in Vermont as a Program Manager. Osorio’s career at Mack began in the finishing department as a temp, progressing through roles in Vermont and South Carolina, including Finishing Technician, Associate Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Manager, and Document Control Manager. With extensive experience in manufacturing, quality, and program management, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Osorio holds multiple industry certifications, including AIAG/VDA PFMEA, APQP Core Tools, and ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditing, along with an IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Mark Churan has joined Mack Molding as a Quality Engineer. With over 22 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, Churan specializes in inspection, testing, and production process evaluation. Before joining Mack, he held roles at NSK Steering Systems America, leading quality initiatives for major automotive manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Toyota, and Rivian. His expertise spans APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and supplier quality management. Churan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and brings extensive knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving to Mack’s team.
Darcy Lyle has joined Mack Molding as a Sales Service Representative. Lyle brings extensive experience in sales, customer service, and marketing, having held leadership roles across the hospitality and tourism industries. Prior to Mack, she worked at Hemmings Motor News in circulation management and served as Sales Manager and Director of Sales at the Williams Inn. She has also held key roles at the Clark Art Institute and the New York Hospitality & Tourism Association. Lyle holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Herkimer County Community College and brings a strong background in customer relations and strategic sales support to Mack’s commercial team.
