Currently Mack has an openings for sales service representatives, where the rubber meets the road when it comes to TCS.
Mack sales service representatives are a key interface between the Company and its customers, performing various customer service activities assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and database.
- Provide general clerical assistance to Business Unit including filing, typing, copying, preparing requisitions, scheduling lunches, mail distribution, etc.
- Maintain such critical information as blueprints, production print check sheets, engineering change orders and other correspondence.
- Interface with manufacturing regarding scheduling, quality, and manufacturing engineering issues.
Maintain order entry data. - This is an onsite position with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to support our customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of strong experience interfacing with customers and teams,
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, candidate should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software; Order processing systems and Manufacturing software.
