ARLINGTON, Vt. – Increased demand for contract manufacturing services has resulted in the addition of another supplier engineering position at Mack Molding’s headquarters plant here. Brennan Holland, a 30-year engineering veteran, has accepted the new post, it was announced today by Supply Chain Manager Eric White.
“Brennan’s extensive product engineering expertise in the transportation industry will serve Mack well, as we expect the same high level of supplier performance that he is accustomed to in automotive manufacturing,” says White. “Suppliers must not only demonstrate a clear understanding of our customers’ product requirements, but also the capability to consistently meet those requirements at the quoted rate.” Holland will also be challenged to use his testing and troubleshooting skills across a number of market sectors.
Holland has held a variety of product engineering positions with the likes of General Motors, Chrysler, United Technologies Automotive and TI Automotive, all in Michigan. More recently, he worked for five years at NSK Steering Systems America in Bennington, Vt., where he was senior product engineer.
A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y., Holland holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. He resides in Shaftsbury, Vt., with his wife, Penny. An avid motorcyclist, he has been riding for over 20 years.
