Dr. Michael Hansen, senior technical development engineer will be taking the stage at the Medical Grade Polymers 2015 conference taking place Sept. 15-16, 2015, at the Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn in Boston, Mass.
As a next-generation international conference on plastics and elastomer materials for devices, implants and instruments used in medicine and surgery, Medical Grade Polymers promises to bring experts and thought leaders from around the world to debate successful medical device engineering with polymer materials.
Dr. Hansen’s presentation, “Two ways to cut medical manufacturing costs” is scheduled for 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015. A graduate of the University of Paderborn, Germany, Dr. Hansen’s PhD is in mechanical engineering and plastics technology. With more than 25 years in the plastics industry, Dr. Hansen has extensive polymer, processing and tool design expertise, which he regularly shares at both regional and national conferences. He has also published papers on these topics in more than 50 publications.
